Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3 1976) is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known roles include the role of Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. The actress also played the character role of Daphne during the second season of HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her teaching career as an educator for the county of Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. She got married in 1998 to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved into Thompsons Station. When she joined Bethesda Elementary she started teaching 4th graders. In 1999-2000, she taught and completed her masters in education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She took a break from her classroom in 2000 after they welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley had spent her last 15 years of service to the community and focusing on children's growth at the church she went to as well as in the community she lived in. Ashley is an active leader for the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry in Thompson Station Church. While Ashley was home with her children they spent three years at home schooling. Through their years of home schooling the kids attended a home school class in which Ashley was also a teacher of History for Kindergarten as well as 1st grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling and spending time with her family, God clearly showed their family that it was time for them to go back full-time in school. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five children. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz All three attend GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate play baseball in UT Martin.
